UCSF Lab Orders 
  • Please check in for lab services at Suite 280 on the 2nd floor.  Your labs will be drawn within that suite. You must have orders from a UCSF provider.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm

John Muir Health Lab Orders
  • As a convenience to our patients, if your insurance accepts LabCorp, we will offer access to lab services through Laboratory Corporation of America (Lab Corp) at the Berkeley Outpatient Center in Suite 320 on the 3rd floor.
  • Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm

  • For online services related to lab work done at LabCorp such as scheduling an appointment, viewing your results, or paying your bill online visit LabCorp.
  • We hope you'll enjoy the convenience of LabCorp's services when visiting us, but you're always free to choose another lab services provider, based on insurance coverage or personal preference. 

What if my insurance doesn’t accept LabCorp? 

  • Please contact your health insurance plan for your lab options.
